Following the update from the UK Government on Monday 16th March advising against all but essential travel, it is now unlikely that members will be in a position to travel to resorts for several weeks and potentially longer. In these circumstances we advise that in the first instance you should contact your travel insurance provider to fully understand your coverage.
Alternatively, if your occupancy date is later in the year and you are simply not happy to travel because of your personal circumstances, you should consider depositing your week with an exchange provider (RCI, Dial an Exchange, Interval International) to use at a later date to a destination within their resort portfolio. In addition, Resort Solutions will continue to offer internal exchanges to your home resort for use later in the same financial year in line with our standard procedures.
