What does Ownership mean?
Ownership simply means that you have the right to use a particular week in a particular apartment every year for a length of time.

As an owner you are also responsible for your share of the maintenance of the resort and this is paid in the form of an annual maintenance fee. You are also entitled to vote in any resort elections, attend the AGM and become a member of the Committee.
